Birria is fantastic

Omgoodness this place has the BEST TACOS!!! Like *MUA* Chefs Kiss amazing. The quesobirria tacos are a must to order. I’ve never dined in, only ordered off of Grubhub. But everything is hot when it gets to me and oh so yummy. I also love that they give you a thicccccccc tub of consommé sauce. I ordered 3 extra tacos and they gave me 2 tubs. Yassssss. Also they include tons of chopped cilantro and onions.

Hidden little gem with delicious food and great staff.

I rarely leave reviews and when I do it's typically warning people of a bad service. Not today. My husband and I went to Birrieria Doña Maria for a lunch date. The atmosphere is nice. It's clean and nicely decorated. I appreciated how quickly tables were cleaned off and sanitized after customers left. The restraunt appears to be very tidy. We were greeted by friendly staff and were seated immediately. The staff were amazing! I wish I had gotten the name of our waiter. He was kind and very efficient. We never had to ask for refills, chips, etc. He was on top of it. Now the food 🤤 It was delicious! I ordered the quesobirria tacos. It came with limes, onion, cilantro, and consome (a soup to dip your tacos in). You guys, it was so good! The food is full of flavor and great quality. I feel like I am a picky eater when it comes to Mexican food and am often let down by the options here in Greeley. I'm so happy to now have a "go-to" place for Mexican cuisine. This is hands down my favorite restaurant in town now 🙌🏽 Thank you Doña Maria! My family will be back again 😁 And again.... and again.... and again... 😅😂

The birria is amazing!. The Infierno burrito was delicious. The salsa is very good. The inside was very nice. It was so beautiful inside. The music was nice. The people were attentive and very kind. Not a single complaint. One of the best restaurants here in Greeley!

My goodness this place is GOOD! I ordered birria tacos and my partner got quesabirria tacos and they both were exactly what we'd hoped for. We also got some chilli cheese fries and guacamole dip and both were delicious too. Our favorite part tho? The consome for the tacos! YYUUMMM! will def be ordering here again! Photos for FOMO.

We ate at the food truck, not at the restaurant, so keep that in mind. I do not exaggerate when I say that this is the BEST Mexican food I've ever had! The food is worth every penny, especially because the price is reasonable and the serving size is totally filling. I had some concern I wasn't going to like the carnitas street tacos because I am a very picky eater. However, the ingredients were so fresh and balanced and cooked perfectly that I ate everything! And I don't normally like raw onions! But these were amazing!
